Suspended plasterboard ceiling systems for commercial builds, including bulkheads, soffits, and complex ceiling geometries.

High-end feature ceilings and level 5 finishes for premium commercial fitouts, including bespoke geometries, custom timber systems, and specialty materials.
Suspended Grid and Tile Ceilings
Grid and tile ceiling systems supplied and installed for commercial environments, including acoustic and standard tile configurations.
Fire Rated Ceilings
Fire rated ceiling systems installed to passive fire protection requirements, in compliance with current certification standards.
High-End Bespoke Fitouts
Complex, high-specification interiors where the design is completed by others and Arrow owns the delivery. These are the jobs that demand precision, coordination, and a team with the experience to execute without compromise.

Arrow Interiors focuses on what we do well. The following trades fall outside our scope: painting, custom joinery, electrical, and plumbing. We're happy to work alongside the broader trade team and will flag anything that needs coordination early in the programme.

Healthcare
Healthcare fitout is among the most technically demanding work in the commercial sector. We operate to healthcare-specific standards including infection control protocols, air pressure zoning, and clinical workflow requirements. Many of these projects are completed within live environments, which requires careful staging, clear communication with the broader project team, and zero tolerance for disruption to operations.

Education
School and university projects are regulated environments with a strong focus on safety and accessibility. Live environment delivery is common, which means programming around the school calendar, staging works carefully, and keeping the site clean and safe throughout.

Government and High-Security
These projects operate under strict compliance frameworks with detailed reporting requirements and a high level of scrutiny at every stage. Delivery can move more slowly given the reporting structures involved, but Arrow is set up for it. Where required, senior staff hold appropriate background clearances.

Handover
We review the tender documents thoroughly and look for opportunities to offer value engineering where it benefits the programme or the build without compromising the specification.
Once awarded, we arrange seismic design and move quickly to procure all long-lead items so they don't become programme risks later.
We work through the construction programme in detail, identifying any areas of concern with the builder or client early so they can be resolved before they become issues on site.
Where buildability issues arise, we work directly with the architect to navigate them and keep the project moving.
We get on with the job. Our team is experienced, specialised, and consistent, which means the quality of our work holds up across the full duration of a project.
QA is not a step at the end. We check our work as we go, so issues are caught and resolved in real time rather than at handover.
We deliver a high-quality finished product and a clean handover. That's what builders who work with Arrow expect, and it's what we deliver every time.
